This Wush Wush is an exceptionally sweet, fruit-forward coffee with a cup that feels almost candy-like. We taste ripe strawberry and watermelon candy up front, followed by a delicate hibiscus-like florality and gentle, refreshing acidity. The body is silky and smooth, carrying all that fruit sweetness into a lingering finish.

Grown in Sama Village in Ethiopia’s Anasora region, this lot undergoes a natural anaerobic fermentation before being carefully dried. The extended fermentation helps amplify the Wush Wush variety’s expressive fruit character, bringing out vibrant sweetness and complexity without overwhelming the cup with funky or heavily fermented flavors.
